BRIEF HISTORY
Billy Kinkaid used to kill kids for fun, achieving the quantity of 27 before he was stopped and jailed after murdering the daughter of senator Jennings. Judged mad instead of psycho, he was sent to a mental institution, and 6 years and a half later he was declared sane. However, Billy was far from sane, and as soon as he got free, he took his ice cream van and started again with his bloody hobby. Though most people thought that Jennings didn't insist much on the trial of Kinkaid due to his torrid affair with a miss by the moment, in fact he hadn't becouse he had hired Al Simmons to kill him . As Spawn caught the glimpse of his past about Kinkaid, he went for him and savagely killed the man. The end was also a beginning, as Kinkaid went to hell and began a trip that brought him to Violator, disguised as a little girl, and Malebolge, 8th circle of hell. There, he was recruited to join the spawns in eternal slavery.
